Jeep Service Agreement

If you purchased your service contract through our sales hotline, please return to the Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep dealership® where you purchased your vehicle. If this is not possible, you can request service from any Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep dealership® in the United States (including Guam and Puerto Rico), Canada or Mexico. You can use the search for dealers feature on this site to find the nearest Chrysler dealership, Dodge or jeep®. In all these cases, the service is carried out with new or licensed recycled mopar parts®. Offers the contractor up to $300 in reimbursement for food and accommodation accommodation in the event of a covered mechanical failure. Special concierge benefits are available to relieve the inconvenience of a breakdown. Please note your service allowance and troubleshooting insurance. The troubleshooting service includes towing and other services in situations where your vehicle is not covered by the factory warranty. The maximum care plan also includes a $600 keychain replacement and repair. Chrysler service contracts are offered with a variety of time conditions and miles, usually up to 7 years and 100,000 miles. Lifetime contracts have no time limit for mechanical coverage, but only for the original owner; they are not transferable unless required by national law. Coverage of the new vehicle service contract and pre-owned vehicle service coverage begin on the start date of the vehicle warranty (the date the vehicle was delivered to its original owner) and zero miles.

This coverage does not begin with the expiry of the new vehicle warranty. Example: The start date for your vehicle`s warranty is July 1, 2009 and the mileage meter reads 10,000 miles. On November 1, 2009, they acquired a 5-year/60,000-mile care contract. Your coverage starts on July 1, 2009 and expires on July 1, 2014 or if your mileage meter reads 60,000 miles, depending on what happens first. Traditional pre-Owned Vehicle Service Coverage and most – but not all – comfort and maintenance (non-mechanical) coverage start on the date and mileage when you buy the contract. For example: You buy a used Chrysler vehicle from 2006 on August 1, 2009 and the mileage meter reads 50,000 miles. On the same day, you buy a traditional 2-year/unlimited service contract. Their report begins on August 1, 2009 and expires on August 1, 2011. Our Roadside Assistance Program protects you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in the U.S.

and Canada with Tire Road Hazard Protection – Trip Interruption Coverage. You`ll find this coverage in our Powertrain, High-Tech – Comprehensive plans.
